Students can extend themselves through a range of leadership and advocacy opportunities, including:

• the Year 10 Yutiliko Leadership Program
• Senior Student Leadership
• Peer Support Programs
• structured student voice and advocacy initiatives

Central to this domain is our consistent focus on building strong, respectful relationships between students and staff. Through these connections, students are supported to develop confidence, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of belonging.

Our HPGE approach is about opening doors, raising expectations, and backing students in wherever their strengths lie. We recognise potential early, support it deliberately, and provide pathways for students to thrive across all four domains.
